Welcome to Agency Vault. By accessing our websites, software, services, webinars, or community (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Provided

Agency Vault offers digital training, coaching, and software solutions to help individuals launch businesses by reselling pre-built AI tools such as AI receptionists, AI website systems, review automation, and more.

We provide:

Training through online videos, webinars, and coaching calls.

Access to a private Skool community.

Use of Agency Vault software.

Done-for-you service deployment tools.

Strategic consultation and live support.

3. Payments & Billing

Subscription Services: If you subscribe to any of our monthly plans (e.g., $97/month), you will be billed automatically each month. You can cancel anytime via your client portal or by contacting our support team.

Time Programs: Our Growth Accelerator and Platinum Mentorship are paid either upfront (e.g., $997, $4,000, or $8,000) or via payment plan. These purchases are non-refundable, and you agree to complete your payment plan in full.

No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature and immediate access to proprietary tools and content, all purchases are final. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment Disputes: Unauthorized chargebacks are a violation of this Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts involved in unresolved disputes.

4. Use of Services

You may not:

Resell or duplicate our content or software unless explicitly authorized.

Misrepresent your affiliation with Agency Vault.

Use our tools or training for illegal or unethical purposes.

Share login access to any part of our paid programs or software

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and original assets from Agency Vault are protected by copyright and may not be reused, redistributed, or repurposed without written permission.

6. Community Conduct

We maintain a private Skool group and live coaching environment. You agree to:

Be respectful and professional at all timesAvoid sharing spam, inappropriate content, or private business matters.

Not solicit members for outside offers unless pre-approved.

Violating these standards may result in a permanent ban with no refund.

7. Guarantee & Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any income or results. Your ability to earn depends on your effort, skills, consistency, and market demand. Testimonials shared are real, but should not be interpreted as promises.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
